Workouts this week looked a bit like this:
Monday/Wednesday: 60 min Pilates
Tues/Thurs: RUN LIKE YOU’RE IN A NIKE COMMERCIAL
Friday: Hot Yoga!!
Seriously, nothing beats a good workout. NOTHING. I don’t care if you are out of shape, in the best shape, don’t believe in it, or whatever, but it is seriously SUCH an incredible stress reliever and confidence builder! Maybe my exercise addiction comes from dancing like every day in my life since I was five, but I LOVE IT AND WILL NEVER GIVE IT UP!!!
Anyways,
My eats this week have looked a bit like this:
JUICE! (my next post will detail my juicing plans)
Sushi! (The Yard House has one of my favorite American Sushi dishes EVER – the Spicy Tuna Roll!)
Sandwiches!
This is what my fridge looked like last night – we had some high schoolers over last night- I couldn’t resist feeding them!
Some yummy treats…
All I had to add to this mix was nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt!
Joel loves to lick the bowl…
It’s been a super busy but great week!

And tomorrow I am teaching Pilates at my church! Wahooooo! Can’t wait to teach and can’t wait to post about my FAVORITE PILATES-INSPIRED TONING SEQUENCES!

First of all, I love your blog!
Second, I completely agree. Nothing compares to the feeling of getting a good workout. It’s amazing! I love that you incorporate such a wide variety of stuff into your exercise routines.
And I looove juice and smoothies! I have one (or both) practically every day! My juicer and blender are always working in overtime. (:
